Lukens – Los Angeles In the Wild The Andes is such an incredibly stunning mountain range, which I’ve seen parts of when travelling through Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, and Chile – in diverse vistas. I think I travelled through Puerto La Cruz back in 2008, but without checking my hardcopy journal in Australia, I can’t be sure (I’m living in Italy at the moment). 😉 Loading... Reply We had a wonderful time in Argentina and Chile. It’s impressive how much you’ve traveled through the Americas. I need more time to go through your blog 👋😘 Loading... Reply Both wonderful countries. My partner and I travelled through Sth America for 10 months in 2011. We were robbed in Peru and lost 2 laptops, iPod, iPhones, and a bunch of cash. So sadly, I lost my Word document with my updated blogs. Back then, I was writing in Word and didn’t have WordPress. Never got round to finishing the blogs for Sth America…one day. 😉 Loading... Very upsetting but at least you came out of it okay. You got lucky sailing along the Venezuelan coast. You have a lot of stories to tell Loading... Yes it was at the time but the worse thing happened in Ecuador the afternoon before we were due to return to Australia as my mother was ill with cancer. I think we did get lucky, but then again that trip was back in 2008 and maybe things were not as bad in Venezuela as today. Many, it’s just finding the time to tell the stories. 🙂 Loading... Wow! Beautiful photo. I have tried taking photos from the airplane window before but they never turned out like this 🙂 Loading...
